He brings extensive experience from his service in Unit 8200 and a robust technological background. Alon began his career in the high-tech industry, progressing to senior leadership positions where he spearheaded innovation in the fields of computing and communications. 

Avi Troub, CEO of the Israeli High-Tech Association, promotes and represents the Israeli high-tech sector. Executive with a proven track record across management and sales roles in the USA, EMEA, and APAC. Specialized in leading P&L units, driving business development, and delivering results in complex enterprise environments.

Expertise spans ERP, CRM, Billing, BSS/OSS, Big Data, and AI—combining deep technical knowledge with strategic leadership to scale operations and maximize growth. Recognized as a top performer through SAP’s exclusive “Top Talents Program,” selected among 120 professionals from a global workforce of 45,000.

Known for bridging business and technology, leading high-performing teams, and executing transformation across diverse markets and cultures.. Avi has extensive experience in advanced technologies for the manufacturing industry (Industry 4.0), AI, business development, and entrepreneurship.

Ron Garame, Head of High-Tech and Business Development, holds a BA in Business Administration, has a wealth of experience in promoting collaboration across technology sectors in Israel and abroad. In his role leading the Cyber Forum, Ron focuses on recognizing growth opportunities, building relationships with senior industry professionals, and supporting Israeli high-tech companies in overcoming operational challenges.

Sivan Noyfeld, Business Development Manager at the Israeli High-Tech Association, brings a strong academic background and extensive experience in initiating and driving projects in the high-tech field. In her role, she supports business growth, facilitates valuable professional forums, and promotes strategic partnerships. 

Rachel Shemesh, Customer Relations Manager at the Israeli High-Tech Association, is dedicated to building and sustaining strong relationships with association members. She provides professional, tailored support to address members' evolving needs. In her role, Rachel facilitates business partnership opportunities and fosters members' active engagement in the association's initiatives and activities.
